All of Massachusetts. Boston first, plus Waltham, Newton, Burlington, Norwood, Framingham, Lowell, Worcester and Fitchburg are the markets I track most closely.
Do you offer a market analysis (CMA)?▼
Yes. For a home, I compare it to recent nearby sales. For an investment property, I also look at the income: rents, expenses, and what a buyer would pay for that income today. It is not an appraisal or an automated estimate.
How quickly do you respond?▼
I reply personally, usually by the next business day. I'll text back to arrange an introductory call.
Can we talk before I am ready to buy?▼
Yes. A planning call is a good place to start, whatever your timeline.
Do you work with out-of-state investors?▼
Yes. I handle showings, inspections and local coordination for owners who live elsewhere.
